The Jack Memorial Fund was established in memory of Jack and in honor of every family forced to navigate the devastating aftermath of suicide loss.
While suicide prevention remains at the heart of our mission, we recognize that families are often left facing significant emotional and financial burdens after losing a loved one.
The purpose of this fund is to provide assistance for funeral expenses, memorial costs, and other immediate needs that may arise following a suicide loss.

Donate to the Fund.
The Jack Memorial Fund is in active development pending 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Contributions received now will be held and used to seed the fund so it can begin assisting families as soon as it launches. Donations during this development phase are not yet tax-deductible.
Fund Development Phase
The Jack Memorial Fund is currently being established. During this phase, funds will be raised while eligibility requirements, application procedures, governance standards, and anti-fraud protections are developed.
Our commitment is to build a program that is transparent, sustainable, responsible, and capable of making a meaningful difference in the lives of families facing unimaginable loss.
Upon Launch, Qualifying Families May Apply For:

- Burial and cremation costs
- Immediate family support needs
- Other approved hardship-related expenses
