These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Books by Behnke website and any services provided through it, including book purchases and donations to the Jack Memorial Fund. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, access accounts that are not your own, or use the site to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

Orders, pricing, and returns

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. For return and refund details please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Donations

Contributions to the Jack Memorial Fund are voluntary. The Jack Memorial Fund is currently in development and has not yet received 501(c)(3) designation, so donations made during this phase are not tax-deductible. Funds received will be held and applied to future assistance programs once eligibility and distribution policies are finalized. See the Donation Disclaimer for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, book excerpts, cover art, photography, and logos — is owned by Books by Behnke or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
