BEHNKE HOLDINGS ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF THE ORIGINAL EDITION OF BEFORE 18: IN JOSEPH’S FOOTSTEPS

Behnke Holdings, the parent company of Books by Behnke, today announced the retirement of the original edition of Before 18: In Joseph’s Footsteps following the conclusion of its current publishing agreement. Effective June 19, 2026, Books by Behnke will conclude its publishing relationship with its current publishing partner and will not be renewing the agreement. After careful consideration, the company determined that the future vision for the title would be best served through a complete redesign and relaunch under the Books by Behnke publishing brand. As a result, the original edition of Before 18: In Joseph’s Footsteps will be permanently discontinued and removed from retail distribution. Beginning June 20, 2026, Books by Behnke will launch a Final Farewell Sale across its direct sales channels. Inventory is already being withdrawn from retailers and returned to warehouse stock as part of the transition process. Once the remaining inventory is sold, the original edition will never be printed again. Final Farewell Sale Pricing: Paperback Edition — $13.99 Hardcover Edition — $23.99 Readers who have not yet added the original edition to their collection are encouraged to do so during this final sales event. Following the conclusion of the sale, any remaining inventory may be archived, donated, recycled, or otherwise removed from circulation at the discretion of the company. While the retirement of the original edition marks the end of an important chapter, it also marks the beginning of a new one. On August 21, 2026, Before 18: In Joseph’s Footsteps will return as Part One, Volume II.
